Provides treatments in English and in Portuguese. Tânia Silva was born in Portugal and has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Coimbra since 2007. She is a member of the Portuguese Psychologists’ Board, having specialized in multidisciplinary interventions in dementia and anxiety and depression disorders. In her clinical practice she uses a variety of techniques from the psychodynamic, systemic and cognitive areas, personalised according to the patient's needs. Her personal and professional path is wide and comprehensive, having developed her career in the areas of health, social and education. She has had contact with different cultures and social realities, having lived in Brazil, Spain and the Republic of Ireland. She has a private practice, now mainly using new technologies and, in parallel, she studies Medicine in Portugal. She is also a trainer and speaker in courses, workshops and awareness-raising actions, while she also participates in TV and general media pieces.
