I offer treatments to people who speak English or Turkish.
Every person can have a difficult time or feel down at certain times of their life, what we should remember is that we all have strengths as well. As a follower of positive psychology, I am willing to help you to find what you are good at, so you become more confident and self-assured.
In the first session, we will mostly get to know each other. It is important to me that you feel comfortable and warm to share all you want. I will listen to your complaints and your requests, then, we will decide together the approach that you can benefit the most.
I prefer tailor-made treatments instead of generic treatment models because I am aware that even if the complaints are similar, every person has their own way of dealing and reacting. Therefore, I value your opinion for the direction of the therapy. My aim is to let you find your inner strength and resilience to take control of your life.
